Guided Yoga and Meditation for kids! This summer series is taking place at Woodland Heights resource and Cobb Community Center. Our first session May 28th will be held at Woodland Heights at 10am, our second session, June 11th, will be held at The Cobb Center, and our final session will be back at Woodland Heights, June 25th. Comfortable clothing for your Little Guru is a must as well as bottled water!

Mats will be provided.

Yoga is the practice of Oneness and is a lifestyle approach that helps foster emotional stability, clarity, mental acuity, and focus.

Meditation can help children learn to express their emotions in a healthy manner. This class is absolutely free and school ages 1st and 2nd grade is the goal, however children with siblings are welcome to join their siblings and follow their lead!
