A study on the history, use, and benefits of mudras. All levels of yogic practitioners, mages, and wizards are welcome. Learn how to use mudras to enhance your meditative and energetic practices and rituals. This workshop will primarily focus on Mudras of India with a light introduction to Mudras of Kemet.
