Samudra is Sanskrit for a gathering of Waters. We invite you to enjoy some wellness time with us in communion and community with deep focus on restoration and resolution. This is an all inclusive retreat with the intention of harnessing and maintaining harmony in all 4 states of being.

About the Event
Every year in may we gather 8-12 women for a wellness experience like no other. This all inclusive gathering focuses on harmony in all 4 states of being and is deeply rooted in guided shadow working activties. From art excerices to prompted journaling and healing circles; the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical are all brought to the forfront for evaluation and maintenance. This carefully currated event is a safe space for women seeking to support their healing journey while putting theories on healing works into practice.
