Together we gather to join in community and SisStar Hood for our monthly moonly gathering of Yoginis. Togther we will explore the depths of our hearts and the seat of our emotions in safe space among open hearted beings. Wear comfortable clothes, bring your favorite journal and pen and prepare for some group guided emotional exercise.
