Your Immune System was Already Compromised.

The flu, or influenza, is a contagious respiratory illness caused by a virus. It is usually spread through coughing, sneezing, or direct contact with an infected person. Symptoms of the flu can include fever, chills, sore throat, body aches, and fatigue. You can help prevent the spread of the flu by washing your hands regularly, avoiding close contact with sick people, and staying home when you're feeling ill.

If you catch a cold or the flu be mindful that these illness' tend to weaken an already compromised immune system and that fact alone can cause a minor cold to develop into something major like the flu or pneumonia. One of the main reasons an immune system can be compromised is the lack of nutrients in food today. This is why supplementing can be an important addition to you and your families diet.

Even the most mindful and healthy food eating humans need to supplement with herbs in 2023. Approximately, 92 percent of the population is suffering from at least one mineral or vitamin deficiency based on the Dietary Reference Intakes.
