Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with me. I’m honored to support your journey toward holistic wellness. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following policies before booking your session. Booking Appointments: You’ll receive a confirmation email with details once your booking is complete. Session Lengths; Initial Herbal Consultations: 60–90 minutes, Follow-Up Herbal Sessions: 30–45 minutes, Reiki Healing Sessions: 45–60 minutes. Please arrive (or log in) on time so we can honor the full session. Location & Format: Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise specified. In-person appointments (when available) are held at The Blooming Path/Petra Ashram Farms. You will be provided with directions and arrival info prior to your session. Confidentiality: All client information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. I maintain your records securely and do not share your information without your written consent. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. If you’re experiencing an emergency or unexpected illness, please reach out as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. Communication Between Sessions: You are welcome to email me with brief questions or clarifications related to your current protocol or session. For new concerns, in-depth questions, or ongoing support, please schedule a follow-up session. Herbal Protocols & Remedies: After your herbal consultation, you will receive a custom wellness protocol including herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. Herbal formulas can be purchased through my apothecary or trusted partners. I will provide guidance on dosage and usage. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My role is to support your wellness journey in partnership with your healthcare providers. Reiki Disclaimer: Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. It is not a substitute for licensed medical care or mental health therapy. Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate professionals for medical and psychological concerns.
